We have more than 60 years experience as non-executive directors and chairmen positions on UK and European boards, in addition to a number of professional qualifications as non-executive directors gained through diplomas in the UK.

The board work has also taught us, how you make boards work most efficiently and effectively both during any crisis but also during ordinary times for business operations and how to deal well with interpersonal issues between individual members of the board.

Strong understanding of the strategic and tactical role, the board and board members need to play to support the management team in the best way to manage and lead a successfully business. This includes coaching and mentoring management teams and individual members of the leadership team.
