Penny is an experienced insurance and reinsurance specialist (both active and companies in run off), a qualified solicitor and has more than 25 years’ experience. Penny serves in a Non-Executive Directorship and Chair capacity on both insurance and retail hospitality Boards. Her expertise lies in change management, turnaround, growth and downsizing as well as corporate governance and risk management.
